As a Design-Build company, we have a very specific process that we adhere to for all projects, large and small. It ensures that all of the proper steps are taken, details are covered, and the outcome is successful. Outlined below is a synopsis of our Design-Build Process.
PHASE 1
Conceptual Design.

Initial visit to your home to LISTEN and LEARN

Follow-up visit to review conceptual design, review budget, review our process

Enter into Design Agreement and start formal design process
PHASE 2
Design Development.

Site visit to capture more detail on existing conditions

Based on agreed budget, develop scope of work, make selections, determine finishes

3-D design review to approve decisions

Develop working drawings

Finalize project costs
PHASE 3
Construction.
