It ensures that all the proper steps are taken, details covered and the outcome successful.
Outlined below is a synopsis of the Design-Build Process we use:
PHASE 1
Conceptual Design.

Initial phone interview to determine if Clear Concept Builders, LLC is the right fit for your project

Initial visit to your home to LISTEN and LEARN

Follow up visit to review conceptual design, review budget, review process

Enter into Design Agreement and start formal design process
PHASE 2
Design Development.

Site visit to capture more detail on existing conditions

Based on agreed budget, develop scope of work, make selections, determine finishes

3-D design review to approve decisions

Develop working drawings

Finalize project costs
PHASE 3
Construction.

Construction Contract executed
